This 4-hour writing workshop is designed for high school and advanced intermediate-school students (and for parents who want to improve their own writing and evaluation skills). SAT / COLLEGE – PREP ESSAY WORKSHOP – (Fairfax) - Beat the Clock Essay Workshop is a SAT/college-prep essay workshop that takes the mystery out of writing a thorough timed essay.  This workshop is taught by Janice Campbell (www.everyday-education.com <http://www.everyday-education.com/> ) and is for all high school and advanced middle school students (and parents who want to improve their writing and evaluation skills).  Monday, July 28th, 10 am till 2:30 pm at First Mennonite Church in Richmond on Parham Road.  Bring a bag lunch or make arrangements for a quick run to a fast food restaurant. Contact the coordinator by e-mail at Kathleen Lansing at gmail dot com. (remove the spaces and use appropriate symbols, of course!) to ask questions or register.
